Job summary

Kids for the Future in Portland, ME seeks a Program Manager to lead a busy residential program serving five adults, including early-stage dementia. You will coach Direct Support Professionals, coordinate care, and ensure services follow each person’s plan with a strong emphasis on person-centered practices.

You’ll oversee scheduling, medical appointments, transportation, and daily operations, maintain accurate records, and promote safety, compliance, and teamwork across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/Hi-Set required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Person-Centered Planning (PCP) meetings and ISPs.
• Coordinate care, appointments, and transportation.
• Ensure medical, psychiatric, and related services with informed consent and appointment completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records; support DSPs and program operations.
• Monitor safety drills, program checks, and incident reporting.
• Lead DSP supervision, training, and scheduling to ensure quality care.
