Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and coordinate service delivery.
- Commitment to person-centered practices and independence goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals in assigned homes.
- Plan, organize and direct overall delivery of services in compliance with standards.
- Promote growth and self‑awareness in the people supported.
