Skills of Central PA is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee community homes in the Altoona area. This full-time role focuses on supervising team leaders and direct support professionals while delivering person-centered services that promote independence.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal standards, participate in strategic planning, and support individuals to live as independently as possible, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with at least 1 year directly with individuals with an intellectual disability.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ direct experience with individuals with an intellectual disability.
• Associate degree or 60 credit hours with at least 4 years’ direct experience with individuals with an intellectual disability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dependability, including attendance and punctuality.
• Ensure ongoing employee communications.
• Encourage an atmosphere of optimism and person-centered care.
• Participate in developing and implementing the organization's Strategic Plan.
