Job summary

Community Options, Inc. in Allentown, PA seeks an experienced Residential Program Manager to lead a team delivering person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role focuses on daily operations, program development, and coordinating care with families and guardians. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), at least two years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two years’ full-time experience supporting people with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of state regulatory operations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff scheduling and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Oversee team performance through training and meetings.
• Develop and implement Meaningful Day activity programs.
• Communicate with families and guardians as needed.
• Ensure ISP/PCP-guided support, including medication management and meal planning.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and billable records.
• Monitor health and medical needs and report concerns immediately.
• Manage relationships with families and guardians.
• Ensure work locations and vehicles are clean and stocked with supplies.
• Collaborate with license and department staff during inspections.
