Skills of Central PA is seeking a full-time Director of Residential Services in Altoona, PA. This role oversees administrative, regulatory, and daily operations of residential programs to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of consumers, following the Everyday Lives principles.

The position requires flexible hours with on-call responsibilities and leads a team dedicated to compassionate, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Five years in a supervisory position within the developmental disabilities and/or human service industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative oversight, regulatory compliance and daily operation of residential programs.
• Ensure health, welfare and safety of consumers in residential programs.
• Manage programs following the Everyday Lives principles and flexible hours with on-call duties.
