Skills of Central PA seeks a Full-time Lifesharing Specialist in the Altoona area to oversee and support individuals, Direct Support Professionals and families. The role requires flexibility, on-call availability, and a detailed focus on medical, safety and regulatory tasks in Lifesharing homes.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, training families, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the safety and well-being of participants.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or above from an accredited college with 1 year of work with intellectual disability or autism.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and 2 years of work with intellectual disability or autism.
• Associate degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years of work with intellectual disability or autism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and support to people we support, Direct Support Professionals and families.
• Attend to medical and psychiatric needs, accompany or attend appointments as needed.
• Perform monthly safety checks and ensure regulatory compliance in homes.
