Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee an adult residential program providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Act as liaison between Next Steps and funding sources, family members, guardians, and external health care professionals.
• Ensure overall physical and mental health and wellness of individuals and assist in achieving their goals.
• Ensure the program adheres to certification and licensing requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all program and client documentation.
