Job summary

Minute Man Arc in Concord, MA is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee the Emerson House program and ensure person-centered supports. You will lead residential staff, coordinate healthcare, and maintain documentation while promoting independence and community inclusion.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a social/human services field or equivalent, plus two years' supervisory experience with adults who have disabilities; MA driver's license and willingness to drive are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social/human services field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in human services or residential services.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and ability to drive large vehicles.
• Ability to obtain required certifications; CPR/First Aid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight and leadership of the assigned residential program.
• Supervise and guide residential staff to promote teamwork and high-quality services.
• Ensure dignity, rights, privacy, and personal liberties of individuals.
• Promote individual choice and informed daily decisions.
• Encourage community inclusion and relationships within the community.
• Support development of daily living and community participation skills.
• Oversee healthcare needs and medications per requirements.
• Prepare and maintain ISP assessments and progress notes.
• Develop and review individual goals and support plans.
• Maintain program documentation and reporting within timelines.
• Coordinate staffing and operational needs with leadership.
• Cover House/Case Manager duties when needed for continuity.
• Implement agency policies and best practices in residence.
• Participate in program development and quality improvement.
