Job summary

Pinnacle Services is seeking a full-time Residential Program Manager to oversee a residential site in Chaska, MN. The role combines direct care with administrative responsibilities and requires supervision of Direct Support Professionals.

The position emphasizes medication oversight, quality assurance, and alignment with DHS/245D licensing, while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Flexible scheduling with every other weekend.

Qualifications

Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Minimum one year of direct care experience in a 245D licensed setting.
Previous supervisory experience.
Experience using Therap system.
Meet one of the DHS program coordinator standards as listed.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential site.
Coordinate staff scheduling for consistent service delivery.
Ensure compliance with DHS/245D licensing and service delivery requirements.
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses.
Train, supervise, and coach Direct Support Professionals.
Monitor medication administration and prevent errors.
Use person-centered approaches to enhance quality of life for individuals served.
Serve as emergency contact and primary liaison for staff and stakeholders.
