MARCH, Inc. of Manchester is seeking a Residential Program Manager for Willimantic, CT. This full-time role oversees a residential program for adults with I/DD, ensuring compliant operations and high-quality service delivery.

The manager will supervise staff, coordinate with departments, and uphold agency policies while meeting deadlines and maintaining professional relationships with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of human services, social work, psychology or related field is preferred.
• Supervisory/Management experience required.
• Experience with people who are intellectually/developmentally disabled preferred.
• Experience in residential settings required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees general operations to meet DDS licensing regulations and agency policies.
• Develops respectful relationships with individuals supported and maintains professional boundaries.
• Advocates for individuals supported based on personal choices.
• Maintains positive relationships with families, guardians, DDS, and community partners.
• Ensures hiring, training, evaluation and supervision of Direct Support Professionals.
