Job summary

Arc Human Services is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee the total operation of designated community homes and the staff responsible for the health, welfare, and development of individuals. The role includes supervision, performance evaluations, coaching, and ensuring compliance with regulations and agency policies.

The position is based in a nonprofit setting with flexible shifts (full-time/part-time/per diem) and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Complete PAID training provided!
• 18 years of age or older
• Associates Degree or Equivalent
• Valid PA Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (ALL company paid!)

Responsibilities

• Manage the total operation of designated community homes and staff.
• Ensure health, welfare and development of individuals.
• Supervise performance evaluations and coaching of direct care staff.
• Ensure compliance with county/state regulations and agency policies.
• May require on-call, weekends, nights and varying shifts as needed.
