Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline is required.
• Three years of experience working with the mental health population is required.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel Spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all program operations and remains available to the program 24 hours daily.
• Directly supervises program staff, conducts supervision meetings, and facilitates staff trainings.
• Maintains census, reviews progress notes, and ensures regulatory compliance across records and reporting.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary services and case conferences, approves individual service plans, and maintains high safety standards.
• Manages leases, leases riders, and eviction prevention processes where applicable.
• Acts as Manager for additional residential programs when assigned.
