Job summary

Devereux Pocono Center seeks a Residential Manager to lead and support our group homes serving adults with developmental disabilities. The role includes on-call and on-the-floor supervision, managing finances and staff scheduling, and delivering staff training to ensure quality care.

This position emphasizes safety compliance, regulatory requirements, and positive community impact, with opportunities for professional growth and participation in Devereux's ASCEND program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum two years of progressive responsibility in a community/residential setting.
• At least one year supervisory experience in a residential treatment setting.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving history.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn computer functions to execute the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to one or more group homes, with on-call/on-the-floor support as needed.
• Manage operations of group home(s): finances, staff scheduling, monthly meetings, etc.
• Deliver ongoing training and development to staff in the group home.
• Comply with safety standards and licensing requirements set by Devereux and regulators.
