Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health seeks a Residential Program Manager to design and manage all aspects of our residential facility operations in line with state and Joint Commission standards. Reporting to the Program Director, you will provide leadership, develop systems, manage the budget, and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will facilitate weekly staff meetings, audit documentation, and collaborate with families and other treatment facilities to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in mental health; residential experience a plus.
• 2 years or more of supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure program and staff compliance with regulatory standards and community standards of care.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate services for families and multi-disciplinary treatment teams.
• Lead weekly staff meetings, audit documentation, and assist with crisis intervention as needed.
• Develop weekly/monthly programming schedules and support budgeting and performance measurements.
