Qualifications

• LADC license required.
• Board-approved LADC Supervisor or ability to obtain.
• Minimum three years of direct experience in chemical health or direct service administration.
• Individual and group counseling experience with understanding of family dynamics.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to structure time, prioritize, and follow through.
• High crisis tolerance and ability to remain steady under pressure.
• Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Computer literacy required.
• Valid driver’s license and positive driving record required.
• Experience in budget development, fiscal management, supervision, and program administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admit and discharge residents with input from counseling staff in emergencies.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Organize and supervise daily program operations, including facility oversight.
• Develop goals, systems, and procedures that support program success.
• Maintain referral sources and community partnerships.
• Oversee fiscal policies, authorize expenditures, and assist with budget preparation.
• Provide clinical supervision and staff meetings to promote collaboration and safety.
