Job summary

Chrysalis of Ogden, UT is seeking a Day Program Lead Staff to assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Chrysalis Day Program. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, model best practices, and help deliver high-quality services to people served.

You will coordinate development of Person Centered Plans, plan activities, ensure medical, financial and recreational needs are met, and maintain appropriate staff ratios and training.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Capable of verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills with ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to complete program documentation accurately and timely.
• Good judgment and crisis management abilities.
• Strong public relations with outside professionals and state employees.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Understand and manage personnel issues positively.
• Knowledge of person-centered plans is a plus.

Responsibilities
