Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a motivated Program Manager to lead daily operations for adults with developmental disabilities in Baltimore County. You will mentor staff, ensure clinical and medical services compliance, and oversee ISP/IEP goals and training. The role requires leadership, empathy, and strong organizational skills.

Location includes Catonsville and Essex/ Dundalk, with on-site duties and a pay of $48,000 annually. Benefits are included as part of our comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
• Ensure compliance with DDS, funding agency and state regulations.
• Manage staffing schedule and assist with assessments (clinical and ISP).
• Administer medication when required and provide training/consultation.
