Job summary

Epic Health Partners is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations of an ASAM 3.1 substance use treatment program, ensuring safety, structure, and continuity of care for residents as they transition through step-down services.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, collaborate with clinical leadership to align residential services with treatment plans, drive documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance, manage admissions and crisis response, and lead staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Two years of experience in residential services, behavioral health, or program coordination.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience in a direct care setting.
• Familiarity with substance use treatment and trauma-informed care principles.
• Knowledge of DBHDS/DMAS standards and documentation practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to complete required background and registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational oversight of the residential program to ensure safety, structure, and continuity of care.
• Supervise, support, and schedule Direct Support Professionals to ensure coverage and accountability.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for resident or staff concerns and implement timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to align residential operations with treatment services and resident needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, audits, and compliance with DBHDS, DMAS, ASAM, and organizational standards.
• Support admissions, medication administration oversight, drug screening, and resident engagement in scheduled services.
• Conduct safety checks, facility inspections, and oversee inventory, supplies, and residential systems.
• Provide crisis intervention and on‑call coverage as needed to support program stability.
• Lead training and development activities for residential staff.
