Job summary

Epic Health Partners, LLC is expanding our team by hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals in a structured, residential setting for substance use recovery. This role emphasizes compassion, dependability, and promoting independence without providing personal care.

You will supervise residents, support medication administration, assist with daily activities, and maintain safe, recovery-focused spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in substance use recovery, mental health, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Current TB screening clearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor residents to ensure participation in daily routines and adherence to house rules.
• Encourage and redirect individuals to promote engagement and accountability.
• Support and observe the administration of medication.
• Promote a positive, safe, and recovery-focused environment; assist with recreational activities.
• Document shift activities and maintain clear communication logs.
• Report behavioral or health concerns to supervisors.
• Support meal planning and preparation.
• Perform health and safety checks.
• Maintain the cleanliness of shared program spaces.

Epic Health Partners, LLC is expanding our team and seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in a structured, residential setting for substance use recovery. Available Shifts:

• Full-Time Days (12-Hour Shifts) Rotating weekdays and every other weekend.
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Part-Time / PRN -We are hiring PRN staff to provide coverage as needed.
