Akeela, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for the Akeela House ASAM 3.5 residential program to oversee day-to-day clinical and operational management, ensuring high-intensity SUD treatment with integrated co-occurring services.

The role emphasizes clinical stabilization, engagement, maintaining a structured treatment environment, staff supervision, admissions coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, social work or related field preferred.
• Current CDC I, CDC II or CDCS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years residential SUD treatment experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ASAM 3.5 and structured programming.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to support co-occurring services within scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the ASAM 3.5 residential program to ensure structure, consistency, and efficiency.
• Ensure program schedules, group services, and daily routines are implemented as designed.
• Monitor staff assignments, coverage, and daily program flow.
• Identify and address operational issues impacting program delivery.
• Ensure delivery of structured SUD treatment aligned with ASAM 3.5, including co-occurring services.
• Monitor engagement, participation, and treatment progress.
• Support clinical decision‑making and level of care transitions.
• Ensure adherence to ASAM 3.5 requirements and structured programming.
• Monitor clinical hours, group delivery, and treatment expectations.
• Ensure consistency in services and treatment planning.
• Address deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Support admissions and intake scheduling with Intake Coordinator.
• Ensure timely admissions appropriate for ASAM 3.5.
• Facilitate step‑down transitions to 3.1.
• Identify barriers to engagement and retention.
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff.
• Manage scheduling, coverage, and staff expectations.
• Provide coaching and reinforce program standards.
• Support onboarding and training.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and payer requirements.
• Monitor treatment plans, services, and compliance.
• Address issues and support corrective actions.
