Job summary

Community Options, Inc. in Greensburg, PA is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager to lead a team delivering person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role focuses on day-to-day operations, ISP/PCP support, staff development, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Starting pay is $55,000 per year. This on-site position offers growth opportunities and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Two years of full-time experience supporting people with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards.
• Background checks including criminal, central registry, child abuse, and drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Lead staff performance through communication, training, and meetings.
• Develop and implement activity programs including Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Communicate with families and guardians as needed.
• Ensure ISP/PCP support including medication management, meals, and behavior support.
• Maintain program documentation and billable records accurately and timely.
• Monitor health and medical needs; report concerns promptly.
• Maintain relationships with families and guardians of individuals under care.
• Ensure locations, vehicles, and supplies are well maintained.
• Cooperate with licensing staff during inspections; perform other tasks as needed.
