You will supervise group home and overnight staff, implement compliance programs, and partner with finance and HR to manage budgets and staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to youth with age-appropriate care across wellness domains.
• Activate and monitor intervention and treatment plans within living units.
• Collaborate with teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain 24/7 accountability for crisis response via on-call rotation.
• Motivate and lead group home unit and night staff; foster positive employee experience.
• Conduct rounds in living units including evenings/weekends; cover unit when needed.
• Partner with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling; ensure effective operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and COA readiness; prepare for audits.
• Engage in quality improvement via dashboards and project management tools.
