Job summary

Merakey in Redding, CA is seeking a Program Lead to join our dedicated team. You will oversee day-to-day program operations, coordinate activities, and ensure high-quality service delivery to participants while potentially managing a caseload.

The role reports to the Program Manager and requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work both independently and with others to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Shift: Tue-Sat, 12pm–8pm.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct care duties including ADLs, food prep, supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs such as menu planning, shopping, housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of the assigned home.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform daily maintenance tasks.
