Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Middletown, CA to oversee day-to-day operations of designated programs. The role reports to the Program Manager and may manage a caseload, coordinating staff and delivering high-quality services to participants.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be 18+ with a High School diploma/G.E.D.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within the first year of hire if required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care responsibilities including ADL's, meal preparation, supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident Management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manages household needs including menu development, shopping, and housekeeping.
• Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home; maintain cleanliness and report repairs.
