Job summary

Community Access Unlimited is seeking a Residential Director to provide administrative oversight of an assigned residential program, including staff supervision, program administration, quality assurance, and accurate weekly scheduling of staff, members, and programs.

The role requires at least three years working with people with disabilities and two years of supervisory experience, plus a reliable car and ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of three years’ experience working with people with disabilities
• At least two years of supervisory experience
• Must have reliable transportation and pass background checks
• Willingness to attend mandatory orientation and ongoing training

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all functions and duties of the Director
• Ensure staffing and operations at all levels below Director
• Maintain compliance with contract funding requirements
• 24/7 on-call responsibilities
• Maintain high service quality across programs
• Oversee HR: recruitment, orientation, training, retention
• Ensure sound financial management of programs
• Drive program development and member health and safety
• Develop DHS policies and procedures compliance
• Oversee member employment and recreation
• Coordinate periodic service reviews and quality control
• Liaise with agency, authorities, and DHS inspections
• Maintain records in Carelogic
• Know your way around Microsoft Office
