Job summary

AIMED seeks a Residential Program Manager to lead Residential Supervisors and CPS services, partnering with the Vice President to implement policies and prepare for state licensure.

The role requires overseeing staffing, scheduling, timecards, and quality assurance, plus training and ISP development to ensure compassionate, compliant care for participants with IDD. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 2+ years of direct work with IDD/A population preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage crises and coordinate staffing across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Residential Supervisors and CPS services; lead staff development and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing (3800, 6400) and agency policies.
• Review timecards, approve PTO, manage budgets and equipment upkeep.
• Coordinate ISP development, annual updates, and interagency meetings.
