Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in human services, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical, financial and administrative operations of the Group Living Environment.
• Supervise staff and ensure licensing, quality, and treatment plan implementation.
• Coordinate licensing reviews, MAP policies and Medicaid Rehab Option reviews.
• Manage budgets, expenses and billing procedures for assigned sites.
• Promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, person-centered care and skills training.
