Job summary

Vinfen seeks a Program Director I to oversee residential programs and lead the implementation of Individual Service Plans and Program Specific Treatment Plans. You will manage operations and supervise staff, ensuring contract requirements and regulatory standards are met.

You will work closely with individuals served, their families, and the broader support network to improve lives while aligning with Vinfen's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience may substitute for education.
• 3-5 years of Human Services management experience.
• Strong time management, organizational and writing skills.
• All applicants must be at least 21 years old with a US driver's license.
• CPR, First Aid within 2 weeks and MAP certification within 150 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, financial and administrative operations of group homes.
• Provide leadership and consultation to staff on ISP and PTSP implementation.
• Supervise program staff and ensure contract specifications and regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and support staff to transform lives.
