Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a Lead Residential Counselor to support management, supervise shift staff, and deliver comprehensive residential services. You will assist individuals in becoming community participants, coordinating activities, and promoting independence while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role includes administrative duties, training new staff, and implementing treatment programs, with a focus on advocacy, family partnerships, and person-centered planning.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid required within two weeks of hire.
• MAP and Safety Care certifications required within specified timelines.
• CBIS certification may be required later.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in becoming integrated into communities and maintain friendships.
• Plan recreational and social activities promoting inclusion and well-being.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Director and lead shift activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Deliver training, support, and rehabilitation interventions as needed.
