Vinfen is seeking a Lead Residential Counselor to provide direct support to individuals with behavioral health conditions and developmental disabilities in residential settings. The role involves administering medications under MAC, implementing treatments, and helping residents build independence and quality of life.

You will document progress, coordinate with nurses and case managers, and assist with staff training.

Qualifikationen

• Two years’ experience in a Residential Counselor role.
• Experience implementing ISP/IPs and clinical programs helpful.
• Ability to train and support persons served and coordinate with staff.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans.
• Provide rehabilitative and behavioral interventions and monitor progress.
• Assist residents with community integration and activities of daily living.
• Provide transportation to appointments and outings as needed.
• Maintain records and enter data into the electronic health record.
• Ensure medication administration under MAC and safety protocols.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance.
