Job summary

Vinfen seeks an ACCS GLE/SIE Program Director to oversee the operation of a Group Living Environment or Supported Independent Environment site. You will supervise residential staff, manage staffing, licensing, quality, and implement treatment plans under the direction of the Team LPHA Clinician.

You will promote housing permanency, community integration, and timely transitions for Persons Served, while ensuring adherence to safety, rights, and Medicaid/DMH requirements within a collaborative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner credential preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in progressively responsible human services functions.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote engagement, housing permanency, and community tenure for Persons Served at the site.
• Manage the residential site’s systems, including regulations, quality initiatives, and intakes/discharges.
• Collaborate with Housing Coordinator to facilitate transitions to and from the site.
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans adhere to standards and best practices.
