Job summary

Community Health Resources, Inc. (CHR) seeks a Residential Manager for the REST Center in Willimantic, CT. You will oversee the residential program operations, ensure a safe therapeutic environment, and supervise staff—scheduling, training, and coverage as needed.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain program standards, document plans, and support clients through recovery-focused care. A Bachelor's degree is preferred with supervisory experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; five plus years of supervisory experience or substitution with relevant experience.
• At least two years’ exposure working with the population served.
• Valid current driver's license; First Aid, CPR and NCI Certification required or to be obtained within 90 days.
• Agency trainings, CPR/First Aid certification required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall coordination and operation of the residential program(s).
• Provide a safe and therapeutic environment within the program.
• Supervise residential staff including scheduling and training.
• Coordinate with clinical team to meet client needs and treatment plans.
