Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of grounds/maintenance experience.
• Must read instructions well and document labor and materials accurately.
• Reliable, punctual and able to handle deadlines; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of the property per SOPs and standards.
• Perform lawn/grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and debris removal.
• Repair and maintain exterior features and lighting as needed.
• Assist with snow removal and landscaping; ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Report inventory and maintenance needs to supervisor and follow emergency protocols.
