Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist in Riverside, CA. You will assess customer needs, visually inspect homes for pests, and sell pest control solutions to residential customers while collaborating with service teams.

You will travel within your territory, engage in follow-ups to close deals, and use a Sales CRM to log activities and outcomes. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with pest industry

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years sales or pest control experience.
• Effective verbal communicator with customer-facing conversations and follow-ups.
• Must have a valid driver’s license from home state and be willing to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential pest management solutions to new and existing customers.
• Perform home/scene inspections to identify pest issues and entry points.
• Develop proposals and follow up on proposals to close sales.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain sales performance data in CRM and coordinate with Branch Manager.
