Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist in California to sell Pest Management Services to homeowners. You will assess needs, present solutions, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with our service team, complete Home diagrams in the Sales CRM, and follow up on proposals. Travel up to 100% within territory; base pay and uncapped commissions are offered. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Technical degree preferred.
• Pest industry certifications a plus.
• 1+ year of sales or pest technician experience.
• 1–2 years in pest control sales; 2+ years in customer service.
• Must be an effective verbal communicator with customer-facing conversations/presentations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Perform needs analyses based on customer concerns using expert knowledge.
• Inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Collaborate with customer service, Inside Sales, and technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales.
