Job summary

Terminix is hiring a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management solutions to residential customers while delivering exceptional, customer-focused service. You’ll be the face of the national brand in your local community, assessing needs and presenting effective pest control options.

You will collaborate with internal teams, develop proposals, and close sales while maintaining safety and quality standards. Travel within territory is required, with field visits and installations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and suggest service enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram in Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
