Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will be the face of the brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and delivering effective pest control solutions.

You’ll collaborate with service teams, navigate the Sales CRM, and travel within your territory to drive revenue. Strong communication, customer service, and sales experience are highly valued, with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required (company vehicle and gas card provided).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are essential.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs; sell pest control solutions and maintenance offerings to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Work with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of customer home and potential challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities and conversions.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily activity and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
