Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will inspect homes, assess needs, and present solutions while partnering with the branch team to maximize revenue within your territory.

You’ll work with sales teammates, complete CRM-driven job diagrams, and follow up on proposals to close deals. A valid driver's license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to new and existing residential customers.
• Visually inspect homes and assess pest needs; propose treatments and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals and service enhancements for customers; use Sales CRM.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities and support installations.
