Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control is seeking a results‑driven Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services and products. You will engage new and existing customers, assess their needs, and deliver tailored solutions while maintaining outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have strong sales and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Benefits start day one for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience a plus.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and offer enhancements.
• Complete home diagrams in CRM for clear understanding.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide knowledge for service installations to ensure quality.
