Job summary

Terminix is seeking a results-driven Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will serve as the face of the Terminix brand in your community, assessing customer needs and proposing effective pest control solutions to protect homes and families.

The role requires 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 100% within the territory. Benefits start day 1 for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience in residential services or similar products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 100% within assigned territory.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• Prefer experience in pest control or field sales.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and enhance family pest services.
• Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM to document client needs.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Support new service installations with product knowledge.
• Maintain daily activity and sales records in the CRM.
