Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services, assess homes, and advise customers on effective solutions. You will work with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver value to households and communities.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory. A valid driver’s license is required, and a high school diploma is needed to qualify.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential pest control solutions to new and existing customers.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess customer needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Maintain sales records in CRM and follow up on proposals.
• Operate company vehicle and follow safety protocols.
