Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will represent the national brand locally, assess customers’ needs, and develop proposals to resolve issues while protecting homes and families.

The role requires visiting customer sites, collaborating with Support teams, and maintaining CRM records for accurate sales tracking. This full-time field position includes a base pay plus uncapped commission with on-target

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills — prior sales experience is a plus.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals with the Branch Manager to grow revenue and expand services.
• Document customer homes and challenges in Sales CRM.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to support service installations when needed.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
