Terminix in Lufkin, TX is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to sell pest management services to residential customers and protect homes and families. You’ll assess needs, consult customers, and use our CRM to document home diagrams and sales opportunities. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in current state of residence.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Strong social, customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Visually inspect homes for pests and pest harborage and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagrams and track activities in Sales CRM.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
