Terminix, part of the Rentokil family, is seeking an Outside Sales Professional in Lufkin, TX. You will sell industry-leading pest management services to new and existing residential customers, while delivering customer-focused service to protect homes and families.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, building proposals, and collaborating with service teams to close sales. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required; travel may reach 100% within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• 1–2 years pest control or sales experience preferred.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers as part of a face-to-face Outside Sales role.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop customer proposals to resolve pest issues and propose additional services.
• Complete Home diagrams using the Sales CRM to map customer homes and challenges.
