Responsibilities

• Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe, supportive relationship.
• Provide support and guidance during skills-building activities.
• Implement individual treatment plans and positive support plans for members.
• Assist with daily living activities including meals, hygiene and maintaining a healthy environment.
• Transport residents in approved vehicles for activities or medical appointments.
