Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Sales Representative to develop and manage a paint sales territory within the Residential Repaint market. You will secure new wholesale accounts while maintaining existing client relationships and use professional selling tools for pre-call planning and documenting sales calls.

You will create a territory strategy, conduct product demonstrations, present competitive comparisons, and coordinate with marketing programs to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Must have at least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy to grow sales and profits for key, new and existing customers.
• Build relationships with customers by understanding and supporting their business.
• Conduct product demonstrations to support solutions for the customer.
• Develop relationships with stores to achieve business goals.
