Aruza Pest Control in Asheville, NC seeks an Outside Sales Professional to identify pest-related concerns, build relationships, and close new business for homeowners. You’ll conduct property inspections and present customized treatment solutions, while earning based on performance.

This role offers uncapped earning potential, a company vehicle and tools, ongoing sales training, and opportunities for advancement in a thriving Southeast growth company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree ideal but not required.
• 2–4 years’ prior pest control sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; background check required.

Responsabilités

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking and company leads.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns.
• Present customized treatment plans and pricing with confidence.
• Close new business and maintain customer relationships.
• Document sales activity in the CRM and collaborate with ops for a great customer experience.
