Aruza Pest Control is hiring Outside Sales Professionals in Winston-Salem, NC. You’ll identify pest-related concerns, build homeowner relationships, and drive new business through inspections, proposals, and closings.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, excellent communicators, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering value and measurable results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree ideal but not required.
• 2-4 years’ prior experience in pest control area preferred.

Responsabilités

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company-generated leads.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs.
• Present service options and pricing with confidence and professionalism.
• Follow up on opportunities and close new business.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and conduct annual follow-up visits.
• Accurately document sales activity and customer information within the CRM system.
• Partner with operations and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events.
• Represent Aruza Pest Control with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
