Astound is seeking a field-based residential direct sales representative in the Greater Maryland area. You will meet residents in person, discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up new customers for our internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV services.

The role emphasizes outdoor, face-to-face engagement with a focus on growth through uncapped commissions and a base salary starting around $38,778.69 per year, with total earnings potential reaching $95,000+ depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions with residents, property management groups, and referrals.
• Pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
