Astound is seeking a proactive, outdoors-based sales professional to drive residential customer acquisitions across the Greater Maryland area. This role features a base salary of $38,778.69 per year plus uncapped commissions and a strong potential to reach six-figure earnings with performance.

You will engage customers directly at their residences, present service options, provide quotes, and secure sign-ups while representing a leading internet provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Field-based, face-to-face residential sales experience is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and obtain new residential customers in the Greater Maryland area.
• Engage residents, property managers, and referrals to discuss service needs and sign-up orders.
• Deliver quotes and close service sign-ups at customer locations.
• Maintain accurate sales statistics and report to management.
• Attend required sales meetings and stay informed about market competition.
